This one time package is required if you are new to V3 Outdoor Fitness and includes 2 one-on-one personal training sessions to make sure you have the knowledge and skill set necessary for the foundation of all the movements, a health history intake, consultation about goals, and a fitness assessment.  You will set up the sessions with your coach to fit your schedule.
